Our fee covers coordination and accompaniment only. Everything medical is billed by the hospital directly to you, with official receipts. We never act as a middleman on hospital money.

Your written quote is locked at booking. If your condition changes and the hospital plan must be revised, we tell you in writing before anything new is arranged.
Yes — for services not yet performed, refund terms are written into your service agreement before payment. Hospital fees are refunded according to hospital policy.
Service fees: bank transfer, international credit card, or PayPal. For clients in China, WeChat Pay and Alipay are also available.
